Are dandelion greens/leaves the ones that are in your backyard and everywhere?? (for blue tongue lizards)?

also if them leaves of the yellow dandelion flower can be edible by blue tongue lizards does it count as the leafy/vegetable, plant matter of its diet???????? i want to know thankyouu

Dandelion leaves would be one of the better greens to give your blue tongue lizard. Dandelions have over 103 mg of calcium per cup compared to romaine lettuce which only has about 20 mg of calcium per cup..

Just wanted to add, it will only count towards the leafy plant matter part of it's diet. It will still have to have other veggies too.

Reply:i would not feed yor blue tounge lizard dandi lion green leaves because i know you dont feed fire side lizards greens because thay are a cousin of the blue toung lizard
